Frame structure: Star Tek Alliance manufactures the lower frame, top frame, pillars, and linkage using oversized tubing that is precision fabricated, aligned, and fully-welded using automative grade fixturing with computer-controlled 5 axis robot welders.
Lower Frame Stability: The lower frame corner posts are intentionally spaced to provide the greatest length and width for stability. Each foot is equipped with a level adjustment performed by our expert set-up teams upon delivery. Our side tubing is contoured inward, providing ample foot space for the therapist.

STA utilizes roller ball-bearings to help ensure rigidity and stability are transferred are maintained through all the rotary joints.
